    The 91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ wishes to advise the Department of Communities are currently setting up an evacuation centre at the Geraldton Amateur Basketball Stadium.

  • Closure of City facilities due to Tropical Cyclone Narelle

    The 91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ wishes to advise that a majority of City facilities including those in Mullewa will be closed from Friday 27 March until they are safe to reopen.

    The following facilities will close at 12pm Friday 27 March:
    • Geraldton Civic Centre
    • Geraldton Visitor Centre
    • Meru Waste Management Facility

    Meru Waste Management Facility may close earlier if an amber alert is announced by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
    Geraldton Airport is expected to close in the afternoon or early evening of Friday 27 March - further details will be provided when available. All those flying are encouraged to check with their airlines for flight information.
