Expressions of Interest - QEII Seniors and Community Centre Program
The 91国产自拍 is seeking expressions of interest from qualified providers for the delivery of weekly and/or monthly workshops at the QEII Seniors and Community Centre, located at 88 Durlacher Street, Geraldton.
Background:
The QEII Centre serves as a pivotal community hub in the Midwest Region, offering over 39 regular activities designed to promote an active lifestyle, physical, mental, and social well-being of its members. It is dedicated to empowering seniors, carers, and families with essential knowledge for aging actively and making informed decisions.

Workshop Details:
Based on previously successful programs, the City is seeking interest from potential providers to conduct the following workshops:
- Drumming Class (or similar musical class): Every Thursday, 11 am – 12 noon (excluding public holidays).
- Zumba Class: (or similar low impact physical class) Every Thursday, 2 pm – 2:45 pm (excluding public holidays).
- New Proposals: The City welcomes suggestions for community-oriented programs, including but not limited to screen printing, basket weaving, memoir writing, sing-alongs, cooking classes and guitar lessons. While the Centre endeavours to accommodate new initiatives, please note that our timetable is quite full, and available timeslots may be limited.
Available Timeslots:
- Tuesday 9 to 12 noon (meeting room) (except first and fourth Tuesday of each month)
- Thursday 9 to 10:30am (Upper Hall)
Selection Process:
EOIs are invited from businesses or sole traders with a valid ABN and appropriate public liability insurance. Providers are encouraged to submit their proposal, including service details and pricing, to council@cgg.wa.gov.au.
Submission Deadline: All expressions of interest must be submitted by COB 6 June 2025.
Selection Criteria
The City shall conduct a review of all proposals received and select providers best able to demonstrate the below criteria:
- Program to be community orientated for seniors and/or people with disabilities as a target audience.
- Program suitability for target audience.
- Provider experience/qualifications and any necessary insurance cover
- Value for money
