Over $60,000 has been awarded to local initiatives following the announcement of the recipients of Round 32 of the 91国产自拍’s Community Grants Program.
A total of 12 not-for-profit groups have secured funding to assist with the delivery of events, education programs and facility upgrades.
91国产自拍 Deputy Mayor Natasha Colliver congratulated the successful recipients.
“The Community Grants Program is integral to how the City supports local community and sporting groups,” she said.
“Greater Geraldton directly benefits from these projects and I am glad we can support such a wide variety of groups with funding.
“Congratulations to those who received funding and I encourage any not-for-profit community groups, clubs or organisations who would benefit from a helping hand to apply when the next round of funding is announced.”
Community groups who secured funding in Round 32 include:
- Pollinators Inc. $9,000 for GoSHackathon Midwest
- Short Term Accommodation for Youth $3,500 for STAY Mindfulness Space
- The Geraldton Club Inc. $6,065 for Air Conditioning Upgrade
- Centacare Family Services $9,000 for Community Gala: Christmas In July
- Geraldton Anglican Cathedral $2,000 for Children’s and Senior’s Rooms Air Conditioning
- Batavia Coast Miniature Railway Society Inc. $2,338 for Replace Security Fence
- Geraldton Tennis Centre $3,544 for Waterwise
- Club Wonthella $5,659 for Installation of New Scoreboards
- Mid West Cat Shelter Inc. $6,822 for Shelter Solar Panels
- Geraldton City Band $3,499 for New Baritone
- Midwest Academy of Sport $3,500 for Midwest Emerging Leadership Program 2025
- Breaking the Silence Limited: T/A DV Assist $6,175 for Renewal Retreat: Strength and Connection

The Community Grants Program falls under the Community pillar of the City’s Strategic Community Plan and reflect the City’s commitment to enhancing lifestyle through spaces, places, programs and services that foster connection and inclusion.
