91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ

The 91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced contractors for the provision of regular programmed place activation services within Rocks Laneway and, where required, the broader City Centre of the 91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ together with ongoing City Centre retailer, landowner, and stakeholder engagement activities. The contract will be in force for two years with an optional one-year extension.

Specifications, criteria and documentation may be obtained electronically from the City’s Tenderlink portal  after 8:00 am Saturday 9^th May 2026.

Tenders must be submitted to the relevant electronic tender box via the City’s Tenderlink electronic Portal, .

The time and date of final tender submission is 12:00PM (AWST) Thursday 4^th June 2026.

Canvassing of any 91¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ councillors or officers will disqualify submissions.
